As the chill of winter sets in, we're committed to ensuring your blossoms arrive in perfect condition! To help us help you, please note the following tips for our delivery window (1:00 PM - 7:00 PM):

Snow and icy conditions may lead to delivery delays. We’ll keep you posted along the way!

🌡️ Cold Considerations
When the temperature dips below 3°C, we’ll safeguard your flowers from freezing by not leaving them outside.

In the event no one is home to receive your flowers:
1️⃣ We’ll first try to leave them with a friendly neighbor.
2️⃣ If that’s not an option, we’ll reschedule for the next day (additional fee applies).

🏢 Apartment & Condo Deliveries
Flowers will be left with your concierge. No concierge? Kindly share a buzzer code & recipient’s phone number for a smooth drop-off!
